After much soul searching the developers Clarke Lyons and contractors Harbor have come together to really ‘buck the trend’ and build out their landmark scheme at the centre of the south Manchester suburb of Nothenden. Manchester City Council hope scheme will kick start the regeneration of the town following the launch of their development strategy at the end of last year.

As can be seen from the pictures the Piling has begun under bright blue skies. However the contractor is confident that as soon as they start excavating the basement there will be a deluge of biblical proportions.
