Following on from the success of our designs for spectacular individual homes for specialist Developer, Bowdon Homes, SW FOULKES Architects have received planning permission for a 10,000 sq ft detached house for a private client on a site in the up scale suburb of Hale Barns in south Manchester.

The house includes a subterranean swimming pool and leisure suite that extends out under the garden.

The house is due to start on site in the New Year.
