SW FOULKES Architects were recently contacted by the production team from the popular Channel 4 property-based TV show Relocation, Relocation. They were planning to show a prospective punter a property opposite a development that we have designed in South Manchester for developer Harbur Construction that is just starting on site.

Ben and Elliot provided the television company with some visuals of the development so presenter Kirstie Allsopp could explain to the prospective purchaser what they could be looking at when they left the house.

Ironically one of the other properties they were filming for the same programme was a house on a recently completed development that SW FOULKES Architects had actually designed for prestigious northwest developer, Hillcrest Homes.
